I work for more than 5 years in Saudi Arabia continuously how much would i received as benefit when i exit?
Im planning to go exit finally after more than 5 years how much would i received as benefit considering im earning 750( 8 hours work) riyals per month. What is the competition ? And how much my compensation be? Please help.
…..as per the law, if you completed min. 5 years, your end of service benefits will be computed as current basic salary times no. of years for employees who work 5 years and above and for those employees who works less than 5 years, the end of service benefits will be computed as half of the current basic salary times the no. of years of service. In your case, you’ll ESB will be computed as 750 x 5 = 3,750SR.
